Frequently asked questions about the printing process :

What files are supported by the printer?

Here are the supported files in decreasing order of preference : PDF - PSD – AI.
For Illustrator files, it is important to transform catch-letters in curves or in outlines.

Which cut margin is used?

It is important to keep a 0,125 inch cut margin all around your drawing as this margin is important for the last cut. A 0.1875 inch space is required after that cut margin to make sure that the text is not too near the cut.

Which resolution is used for printing?

The files must be in high resolution (300 dpi).

What is the difference between RGB and CMYK colours?

The graphic design we make on a computer's screen uses RGB colours (red, gren and blue). Our printing technique uses CMYK colours (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). Please note that CMYK colours used for printing jobs can vary a little from one order to the next and that we cannot assume responsibility for that variation.

Can we make 2 different printings out of a lone batch?

No. Your order is printed in combo among hundreds of other orders. This process allows us to reduce our costs and to offer a high quality product at a reasonable price.
